  • A corresponding Asana project maps all milestones, deliverables, and timelines. The operational layer and the intelligence layer stay in sync throughout the engagement.

THE MODEL

Each engagement begins with a discovery sprint to clarify state and priorities. Choose to go further with options based capacity, resources and cadence.

  • A focused two-hour working session exploring the state of the business across all five dimensions of work. The session is followed by a synthesized strategic assessment within 48 hours.

  • A bounded engagement with defined scope, clear outcomes, and a clean handover built around the priorities that the Sprint reveals.

  • A consistent monthly cadence with sustained strategic presence. The natural continuation for companies that have been through a sprint and want ongoing thinking partnership as the brand, community, and growth systems continue to compound.

  • A sustained presence inside the leadership function of the company. Advisory or embedded. Compensation structured per engagement — equity, commission, revenue share, retainer, or a combination that aligns incentives over the long term.
